§ 115C‑158. Federal funds division.

The division between secondary and post‑secondary educationalsystems and institutions of federal funds for which the State Board ofVocational and Technical Education has responsibility shall, withindiscretionary limits established by law, require the concurrence of the StateBoard of Education and the State Board of Community Colleges on and afterJanuary 1, 1981.  The portion of the approved State Plan for post‑secondaryvocational and technical education required by G.S. 115C‑154 shall be asapproved by the State Board of Community Colleges.
