Any written material containing the identifiable scores of individualstudents on any test taken pursuant to the provisions of this Article is not apublic record within the meaning of G.S. 132‑1 and shall not be madepublic by any person, except as permitted under the provisions of the FamilyEducational and Privacy Rights Act of 1974, 20 U.S.C. 1232g.
