§ 115C‑174.18. Opportunity to take PreliminaryScholastic Aptitude Test.
Every student in the eighth through tenth grades who has completedAlgebra I or who is in the last month of Algebra I shall be given anopportunity to take a version of the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test(PSAT) one time at State expense. (1989, c. 752, s.77(a); 2005‑154, s. 1.)
