§ 115C‑238.33. Plan for effective use of fiscal resources; comprehensive plan to implementextended services programs.

(a)        The State Board of Education shall develop model plans whichshow how to (i) deliver comprehensive extended services; (ii) effectively useall fiscal resources, including federal funds, and other resources under itscontrol that support the goals of this Part; and (iii) maintain quality programevaluation. The model plans shall be communicated to local units and building‑levelcommittees.
