§ 115C‑358. Designated state official.
For the purposes of the agreement set forth in this Article the"designated state official" for this State shall be theSuperintendent of Public Instruction. He shall enter into contracts pursuant toG.S. 115C‑351 only with the approval of the specific text thereof by theState Board of Education. (1969, c. 631, s. 2; 1981, c. 423, s. 1.)
