§ 115C‑363.22. North Carolina Teaching FellowsCommission established.
There is established the North Carolina Teaching Fellows Commission.This Commission shall exercise its powers and functions independently of theState Board of Education and the Department of Public Instruction. The PublicSchool Forum of North Carolina, Inc., shall provide staff and office space tothe Commission. Staff to the Commission are not State employees. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 1014, s. 63(a).)
