§ 116‑209.22. Constitutional construction.

The provisions of this Article are severable, and if any of itsprovisions shall be held unconstitutional by any court of competentjurisdiction, the decision of such court shall not affect or impair any of theremaining provisions. (1971, c. 392, s. 11.)
