§ 116‑6.1.  Studentmember of the Board of Governors.

(a)        Commencing July 1, 1991, and during his continuance as astudent in good standing at a constituent institution of The University ofNorth Carolina, the person serving as president of the University of NorthCarolina Association of Student Governments (UNCASG) or his designee shallserve ex officio as a member of the Board of Governors.  This student membershall be in addition to the 32 members elected to the Board of Governors.

(b)        The student member shall have all the rights and privilegesof membership, except that he shall not have a vote. (1991, c. 220, s. 1.)
