A holder may request the Treasurer to conduct a precompliance review ofthe holder's compliance program to educate the holder's employees on theunclaimed property laws and filing procedures and to recommend ways tofacilitate the holder's compliance with the law. Subject to the availability ofstaff, the Treasurer may conduct a precompliance review upon request. TheTreasurer may charge the holder a precompliance review fee of up to fivehundred dollars ($500.00) per day for conducting this review. (1999‑460, s. 6.)
