§ 116D‑48.  Otheragreements.

The State Treasurer may authorize, execute, obtain, or otherwiseprovide for bond insurance, investment contracts, credit and liquidityfacilities, interest rate swap agreements and other derivative products, andany other related instruments and matters the State Treasurer determines aredesirable in connection with the issuance of bonds or notes. The StateTreasurer is authorized to employ and designate any financial consultants,underwriters, and bond attorneys to be associated with any bond issue underthis Article as the State Treasurer considers necessary. (2000‑3, s. 1.2.)
