Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions ofthis Article shall for each offense be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. For asecond or subsequent offense, the person shall also be enjoined from selling ordistributing previously used oil for not less than one year nor more than fiveyears.
