§ 120‑12.1.  Reports onvacant positions in the Judicial Department and three other departments.

The Judicial Department, theDepartment of Correction, the Department of Justice, and the Department ofCrime Control and Public Safety shall each report by Feburary 1 of each year tothe Chairs of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees and the Chairs ofthe House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees on Justice and Public Safetyon all positions within that department that have remained vacant for 12 monthsor more. The report shall include the original position vacancy dates, thedates of any postings or repostings of the positions, and an explanation forthe length of the vacancies. (1998‑212, s. 16.23.)
