§120‑16. Pay of witnesses.
Any witness appearing andgiving testimony shall be entitled to receive from the person at whose instancehe was summoned ten cents (10¢) for every mile traveling to and from hisresidence, and ferriage, to be recovered in the district court upon thecertificate of the commissioner.
