The Commission shall have itsfirst meeting not later than 60 days after the sine die adjournment of the 1993General Assembly at the call of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and theSpeaker of the House of Representatives. The President Pro Tempore of theSenate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall each appoint onelegislative member of the Commission to serve as cochair.
