§120‑70.32.  Membership; cochairmen; vacancies; quorum.

The Joint Select Committeeshall consist of six Senators appointed by the President Pro Tempore of theSenate and six Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House ofRepresentatives who shall serve at the pleasure of their appointing officer. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall designate one Senator to serve ascochairman and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall designate oneRepresentative to serve as cochairman.  Any vacancy which occurs on the JointSelect Committee shall be filled in the same manner as the originalappointment.  A quorum of the Joint Select Committee shall consist of sevenmembers.
