§ 122C‑120.1.  Jobclassifications; director and finance officer.

(a)        The Office of StatePersonnel shall develop a job classification for director of an area authorityor county program that reflects the skills required of an individual operatinga local management entity. The Office of State Personnel shall also review thejob classifications for area authority and county program finance officers todetermine whether they reflect the skills necessary to manage the finances of alocal management entity. The Commission shall adopt a job classification fordirector and any new or revised job classifications for finance officers nolater than December 31, 2006.

(b)        The jobclassifications developed under subsection (a) of this section shall apply topersons newly hired on or after January 1, 2007. (2006‑142, s. 4(h).)
