§122C‑157.  Establishment of a professional reimbursement policy.

The area authority shall adoptand enforce a professional reimbursement policy. This policy shall (i) requirethat fees for the provision of services received directly under the supervisionof the area authority shall be paid to the area authority, (ii) prohibitemployees of the area authority from providing services on a private basiswhich require the use of the resources and facilities of the area authority,and (iii) provide that employees may not accept dual compensation and dualemployment unless they have the written permission of the area authority.
