§122C‑76.  Penalty.

It is a Class 2 misdemeanorfor a person, without authorization of the principal, willfully to alter,forge, conceal, or destroy an instrument, the reinstatement or revocation of aninstrument, or any other evidence or document reflecting the principal'sdesires and interests, with the intent or effect of affecting a mental healthtreatment decision.  (1997‑442, s. 2.)
