§ 127A‑52.  Jurisdictionof courts‑martial.

The jurisdiction of courts‑martialof the National Guard, not in the service of the United States, except as topunishments, shall be as prescribed by the Manual for Courts‑Martial,United States, as shall be currently in use by the armed forces of the UnitedStates. Such courts‑martial shall have jurisdiction to try accusedpersons for offenses committed while serving without the State and while goingto and returning from such service without the State in like manner and to thesame extent as while serving within the State.  (1957, c. 136, s. 10; 1975, c. 604, s. 2; 1983, c.316, s. 2; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
