No sentence of dismissal fromthe service or dishonorable discharge, imposed by a National Guard court‑martialnot in the service of the United States, shall be executed until approved bythe Governor. Any officer convicted by a general court‑martial anddismissed from the service shall be forever disqualified from holding acommission in the militia.
