§127A‑72.  Rendition of accounts.

Accounting officers shallrender accounts as prescribed by the Governor or by the Secretary of the Navy,and shall be required to give good and sufficient bond to the State and to theUnited States, in such sums as the Governor or the Secretary of the Navy maydirect, and conditioned upon the faithful accounting for all public propertyand for the safekeeping of such part thereof as may be in the personal custodyof such officer. Accounting officers may issue any or all such property toother officers or enlisted personnel of the naval militia under such rules andregulations as may be prescribed.
