§ 127A‑74. Courts‑martialfor naval militia.
Courts‑martial for thenaval militia, not in the service of the United States, shall be organized,have the same powers, functions and authorities, and follow the same proceduresas courts‑martial for the National Guard as set forth in G.S. 127A‑47through 127A‑61. (1975, c. 604, s. 2; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
