§127B‑5.  Perjury; punishment.

Any person who shall willfullycommit perjury in any application for a permit pursuant to this Article shallbe guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. (1985, c. 522, s. 1; 1993, c.539, s. 939; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
