A local health director shallreport to the Department all cases of diseases or conditions or laboratoryfindings of residents of the jurisdiction of the local health department whichare reported to the local health director pursuant to this Article. A localhealth director shall report all other cases and laboratory findings reportedpursuant to this Article to the local health director of the county, district,or authority where the person with the reportable disease or condition orlaboratory finding resides.
