No person shall transport inthis State the remains of any person who has died of a disease declared by theCommission to be reported until the body has been encased in a manner asprescribed by rule by the Commission. Only persons who have complied with therules of the Commission concerning the removal of dead bodies shall be issued aburial‑transit permit.
