§130A‑206.  Financial aid for diagnosis and treatment.

The Department shall providefinancial aid for diagnosis and treatment of cancer to indigent citizens ofthis State having or suspected of having cancer. The Department may makefacilities for diagnosis and treatment of cancer available to all citizens.Reimbursement shall only be provided for diagnosis and treatment performed in amedical facility which meets the minimum requirements for cancer controlestablished by the Commission. The Commission shall adopt rules specifying theterms and conditions by which the patients  may receive financial aid.
