§ 130A‑309.112. (Effective July 1, 2009, and expiring October 1, 2023) Definitions.
The following definitionsapply to this Part:
(1) "Abandonedmanufactured home" means a manufactured home or mobile classroom that isboth:
a. Vacant or in need ofextensive repair.
b. An unreasonabledanger to public health, safety, welfare, or the environment.
(2) "Intact"when used in connection with "abandoned manufactured home" means anabandoned manufactured home from which the wheels and axles, white goods, andrecyclable materials have not been removed.
(3) "Manufacturedhome" is defined in G.S. 105‑164.3.
(4) "Responsibleparty" means any person or entity that possesses an ownership interest inan abandoned manufactured home. (2008‑136, s. 1.)
