§ 130A‑417. Definitions.
The following definitionsshall apply throughout this Part:
(1) "Dependent"means child, grandchild, spouse or parent of a migrant agricultural worker whomoves with the migrant agricultural worker in response to the demand forseasonal agricultural labor.
(2) "Migrantagricultural worker" means a worker who moves in response to the demandfor seasonal agricultural labor. (1983, c. 891, s. 2.)
