A firm or other entity shallnot perform or offer to perform an inspection, risk assessment, or abatement oftarget housing or a child‑occupied facility unless the entity iscertified by the Department as a firm that is qualified to perform theactivity. An entity that performs an inspection, risk assessment, or abatementof target housing or a child‑occupied facility shall not use an individualto perform the inspection, risk assessment, or abatement unless the individualis certified by the Department to perform the activity.
