§130A‑59.  Reports.

Upon the election of asanitary district board, the board shall employ engineers licensed by thisState to make a report on the problems of the sanitary district. The reportshall be prepared and filed with the sanitary district board and shall includethe following:

(1)        Comprehensive mapsshowing the boundaries of the sanitary district and, in a general way, thelocation of the various parts of the work that is proposed to be done andinformation as may be useful for a thorough understanding of the proposedundertaking;

(2)        A generaldescription of existing facilities for carrying out the purposes of thedistrict;

(3)        A generaldescription of the various plans which might be adopted for accomplishment ofthe purposes of the district;

(4)        General plans andspecifications for the work;

(5)        General descriptionof property proposed to be acquired or which may be damaged in carrying out thework;

(6)        Comparative detailestimates of cost for the various construction plans; and
