§131A‑15.  Remedies.

Any holder of bonds or notesissued under the provisions of this Chapter or any coupons appertainingthereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement or resolution authorizingthe issuance of such bonds or notes, except to the extent the rights hereingiven may be restricted by such trust agreement or resolution, may, either atlaw or in equity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding, protect andenforce any and all rights under the laws of the State or granted hereunder or undersuch trust agreement or resolution, or under any other contract executed by theCommission pursuant to this Chapter, and may enforce and compel the performanceof all duties required by this Chapter or by such trust agreement or resolutionto be performed by the Commission or by any officer thereof.
