§ 131E‑118. Transfer of management responsibilities.

The patient's representative who has been given the power in writing bythe patient to manage the patient's financial affairs or the patient's legalguardian as appointed by a court or the patient's attorney‑in‑factas specified in the power of attorney agreement may sign any documents requiredby the provisions of this Part, may perform any other act, and may receive orfurnish any information required by this Part.
