Part 5.  Nursing Pool Licensure Act.

§ 131E‑154.1.  Title; purpose.

(a)        This Part shall be known as "Nursing Pool LicensureAct".

(b)        The purpose of this Part is to establish licensingrequirements for nursing pools. (1989, c. 744, s. 1.)
