§ 131E‑192.8. Review after issuance of certificate.

If at any time following the issuance of a certificate of publicadvantage, the Department or the Attorney General has questions concerningwhether the parties to the cooperative agreement have complied with anycondition of the certificate or whether the benefits or likely benefitsresulting from a cooperative agreement may no longer outweigh the disadvantagesor likely disadvantages attributable to a reduction in competition resultingfrom the agreement, the Department or the Attorney General shall advise theparties to the agreement, and either the Department or the Attorney Generalshall request any information necessary to complete a review of the matter.
