Final judgments entered inactions instituted under the provisions of this Article shall contain adescription of the property affected, together with a description of theproperty and estate of interest acquired by the Department of Transportationand a copy of said judgment shall be certified to the register of deeds in thecounty in which the land or any part thereof lies and be recorded among theland records of said county.
