There is appropriated from theHighway Fund to the Department of Transportation the sum of eleven million twohundred eighty‑four thousand one hundred ninety‑eight dollars($11,284,198) for fiscal year 2005‑2006 and the sum of twelve millionnine hundred forty‑five thousand sixty‑six dollars ($12,945,066)for fiscal year 2006‑2007. Each subsequent fiscal year, there isappropriated from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation theamount appropriated by this section to the Department of Transportation for thepreceding fiscal year, plus or minus the percentage of the amount by which thecollection of State sales and use taxes increased or decreased during thepreceding fiscal year. The Department of Transportation may use fundsappropriated under this section only for aviation purposes.
