§136‑196.  Injury to passenger while in prohibited place.

If any passenger on anyrailroad is injured in any portion of a train where passengers are prohibitedby notice conspicuously posted in its passenger cars, such railroad shall notbe liable for the injury, provided the railroad has furnished sufficient roomwithin its passenger cars for the proper accommodation of all passengers on thetrain.
