§ 136‑44.38.  Departmentto provide State and federal financial assistance to cities and counties forrail revitalization.

(a)        The Department ofTransportation is authorized to distribute to cities and counties Statefinancial assistance for local rail revitalization programs provided that everyrail revitalization project for which State financial assistance would beutilized must be approved by the Board of Transportation and by the Director ofthe Budget.
