§ 136‑89.190. Sale ofTurnpike Authority revenue bonds.
Revenue bonds of the Authorityissued pursuant to G.S. 136‑89.189 and the State and Local GovernmentRevenue Bond Act shall be sold in accordance with and pursuant to Article 7 ofChapter 159 of the General Statutes. (2002‑133, s. 1.)
