Miscellaneous Provisions.

§ 136‑90.  Obstructinghighways and roads misdemeanor.

If any person shall willfullyalter, change or obstruct any highway, cartway, mill road or road leading toand from any church or other place of public worship, whether the right‑of‑waythereto be secured in the manner provided for by law or by purchase, donationor otherwise, such person shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.  If anyperson shall hinder or in any manner interfere with the making of any road orcartway laid off according to law, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.(1872‑3, c. 189, s. 6; 1883, c. 383; Code, s. 2065; Rev., s.3784; C.S., s. 3789; 1993, c. 539, s. 989; 1994, Ex.
