§ 138‑1. Annualsalaries payable at periodic intervals.

All annual salaries shall bepaid at least monthly and may be paid twice a month, every two weeks, orweekly. A unit of State government whose payroll is processed through thecentral payroll disbursing account of the Office of the State Controller mustobtain the approval of the State Controller to pay annual salaries on any basisother than a monthly basis.
