Wherever the words"county committeeman" or "county committeemen" appear inthis Chapter, the same shall be construed to mean "county supervisor"or "county supervisors"; and each such county committeeman or countysupervisor shall receive the same compensation and have and exercise the samerights, powers, duties, responsibilities and voting privileges granted to orimposed upon district supervisors in respect to soil conservation activitiesunder the provisions of this Chapter.
