A person who obtains at adiscount price a ticket issued by an airline, railroad, steamship or othertransportation company from other than an authorized agent of such companywhich was acquired in violation of G.S. 14‑113.13(a) without reasonableinquiry to ascertain that the person from whom it was obtained had a legalright to possess it shall be presumed to know that such ticket was acquiredunder circumstances constituting a violation of G.S. 14‑113.13(a).
