§ 14‑130.  Trespass onpublic lands.

If any person shall erect abuilding on any state‑owned lands, or cultivate or remove timber from anysuch lands, without the permission of the State, he shall be guilty of a Class1 misdemeanor.  Moreover, the State can recover from any person cutting timberon its land three times the value of the timber which is cut.
