If any dealer or other personshall sell or keep for sale any dynamite cartridges, bombs or othercombustibles of a like kind, without first having obtained from the board ofcommissioners of the county where such person or dealer resides a license forthat purpose, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
