§14‑456.  Denial of computer services to an authorized user.

(a)        Any person whowillfully and without authorization denies or causes the denial of computer,computer program, computer system, or computer network services to anauthorized user of the computer, computer program, computer system, or computernetwork services is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

(b)        This section alsoapplies to denial of services effectuated by introducing, directly orindirectly, a computer program (including a self‑replicating or a self‑propagatingcomputer program) into a computer, computer program, computer system, orcomputer network.
