§14‑69.  Failure of officers to investigate incendiary fires.

If any town or city officershall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the requirements of the lawin regard to the investigation of incendiary fires, he shall be guilty of aClass 3 misdemeanor and shall only be punished by a fine not less than twenty‑five($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
