(a) The Division of Engineering and Building Code in theDepartment of Insurance shall provide clerical and other staff servicesrequired by the Board, and shall administer and enforce all provisions of thisArticle and all rules adopted under this Article, subject to the direction ofthe Board. The Board shall reimburse the Division for its services to theBoard.
(b) Any monies received by the Board pursuant to this Articleshall be deposited in the State treasury to the account of the Board and shallbe used to administer this Article.
(c) The books and records of the Board are subject to theoversight of the State Auditor, as provided in G.S. 93B‑4. (1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 724, s. 1.)
