§ 143‑342. Rulesgoverning allocation of property and space.
The Governor, with the approval of the Council of State, shall adoptsuch reasonable rules, regulations, and procedures as he deems necessaryconcerning the allocation and reallocation by the Department of land,buildings, and space within buildings to and among the several State agencies.
