§ 143‑345.25.  Innovations deemed property ofthe State; effect of decisions regarding bonuses.

(a)        All suggestions or innovations submitted by State employeespursuant to this Article are the property of the State, and all relatedintellectual property rights shall be assigned to the State. By January 1,2002, the Office of State Personnel shall establish a policy regardingintellectual property rights that arise from the SEIBP.

(b)        Decisions regarding the award of bonuses by the agencycoordinator and the State Review Committee are final and are not subject toreview under the contested case procedures of Chapter 150B of the GeneralStatutes. (1997‑513, s. 2;2001‑424, s. 7.2(g).)
